Hi, I'm Aine Rock

“I think a lot of times we look for joy in the great, big events in life and we forget to just notice and honor that little pause.” – Jenne Todd

Too often we look to the big milestones and believe that once we achieve them, we will be happy. Our guest this week on Rock Your Joy, Jenne Todd, believes that joy is actually found in the small moments in life. Listen as Jenne shares her story of surviving a health crisis to creating a meaningful and empowering career for herself on her own terms.

After a series of health crises, Jenne Todd knew it was time to make a change in her life. In order to combat the fear of health issues returning, Jenne channeled her energy into what became Shift Collective, a coaching and training organization dedicated to helping women make their leadership and entrepreneurial dreams come true.

Jenne talks to Aine about the power of retreats and how women experience breakthroughs every day. She also discusses how COVID has shown her the need to pivot and grow in new ways toward online opportunities that can benefit more people. If you’re feeling stuck, take a listen and get inspired by Jenne’s story.
