Hi, I'm Aine Rock

“You’ll hear people say, we just need to stay high vibe. We just need to have positive thoughts like the universe has us. We’re infinitely supported. And although those things are true, if we’re not acknowledging where the discomfort or the ‘dis ease’ or the blocks are and we just try to put a Band-Aid over it, we’re actually creating resistance.”

Oftentimes, your body already has everything it needs, you just need to trust your intuition. Andee Love is an Embodiment Facilitator and is our guest this week on Rock Your Joy. Andee coaches people to find their true life purpose through a mix of goal setting and getting in touch with their bodies. Listen for Andee’s tips on how you can begin to do the work of slowing down and getting clear on your priorities.

Now more than ever, people recognize that it’s ok to not be ok all the time. For Andee Love, an Embodiment Facilitator and Coach, working through complicated emotions starts with getting back to the body.

On today’s episode of Rock Your Joy, Andee explains the concept of “spiritual bypassing” in which people try so hard to stay positive that they don’t acknowledge painful emotions they may be experiencing. She offers tips to find a movement practice that allows you to process your feelings and better connect with others.

Andee also shares her hopes for humankind as we begin to recover from the pandemic.

Andee Love is a highly-trained embodiment facilitator, speaker, and healer. Her journey and dedication to healing began as a teenager and in 2002 she was one of only a few practitioners in her town practicing Reiki. She is the founder of the Love Vibe Facilitator Program and Soul Flow Method, focusing on embodiment practices for deep connection to soul and developing sustainable success in life and business. She holds a Master’s Degree in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology and her work is heavily influenced by both Gestalt and Somatic therapies. She made it her mission to redefine how the coaching world is teaching the ways to success and co-creating.

Aine Rock is an artist, entrepreneur, mom, and High Performance Coach working on becoming the best version of herself and inspiring others to do the same.
