Hi, I'm Aine Rock

“I just want people to be open and I want them to be curious and I want them to engage in the world in a way that can be much more fun and playful and beyond what we see.” – Dr. Amy Robbins

Everyone has had fears about death at one point or another. Maybe you lost a loved one or heard a sad story. The feelings of grief and suffering that arise from these fears can be paralyzing. Today, Aine is talking to Dr. Amy Robbins, a therapist and medium. Dr. Robbins offers gentle suggestions for connecting with your guides and our loved ones to help you overcome these fears and get back to living.

Fears about dying or losing our loved ones can lead to grief and suffering. But what if you could change your relationship with your fears about the other side? Dr. Amy Robbins is a therapist and a medium. After her own struggle with grief following the passing of a beloved aunt, Dr. Robbins began to connect with her spirit guides.

On today’s episode of Rock Your Joy, Dr. Robbins talks to Aine about why everyone should go to therapy, how you can hone your intuition, and why facing your fears about death will help you better experience life. If you are a soul-searcher, you won’t want to miss this episode.

Dr. Amy Robbins is a clinical psychologist, spiritual intuitive, wellness speaker and host of the hugely successful podcast Life, Death and The Space Between.

Dr. Robbins helps awaken and transform people by using the wisdom of death. While there is real sadness and grief around loss, Dr. Robbins makes death palpable yet approachable and truly believes that by dissecting death from a spiritual perspective, we can start to really live life. By starting with the end in mind, we can become more open, clear, conscious, calm and connected to not only what is happening here but also to our guidance from “the other side.”
